1. Post-Sales activities (Customer Support Services)
- Participate to the hotline, technical support services to find the best solution for the client.
- Provide technical trainings.
- Keep the sales representatives systematically informed of the post-sales activities related to his accounts.
2. Pre-Sales activities
- Contribute to the pre-sales activities in the field of process automation and design optimization.
- Give timely and high-quality information about the products in order to help the client deciding what is the appropriate solution.
- Work closely with Noesis’ sales to identify the prospect needs and demonstrate the added value of their solutions to the prospect.
- Contribute to the elaboration of the pre-sales material, consisting of product presentations, application presentations and software demonstration cases.
3. Project activities of Noesis
- Contribute to the service and consulting activities including benchmarks, deployment projects, on-site projects, etc.
- Work tightly with different customers, beginning from project planning, in-time-execution to reporting.
4. Contribute to the marketing activities of Noesis
- Contribute to the marketing activities (webinars, technical papers, conferences) by providing presentations (orally or content) in collaboration with the marketing team.
5. Product Feedback and development
- Translate customer needs into technical feedback on the product itself to the product manager and document this feedback in the tracking systems.
- Contribute to the product documentations.
- Contribute to product interface development
