Our client is a consultancy firm specialized in data analysis, modelling and numerical simulation for wind and aeronautical applications. The company, located in Louvain-la-Neuve is a spin-off from the UCLouvain university, founded in 2013.
For aeronautical applications, our client uses its know-how and modelling tools to define, improve and assess (from a safety and performance point of view) new operational concepts related to the optimization of air traffic management (reduction of delays, reduction of noise pollution, reduction of the risk of encountering wake turbulence, increase of capacity). For the wind energy domain, our client develops solutions to problems related to different aspects of wind energy production and optimization based on numerical simulations and operational model development.
The company has a small team of 2 people and also benefits from the scientific expertise of UCLouvain via interactions with the two founding professors who act as technical advisors.
Our client is looking for a Junior Research Engineer interested in aeronautical applications and willing to be part of a small team recognized worldwide for its expertise in this domain.
