With a head office and lab facilities in Liège, Belgium, and a production site in Straubenhardt, Germany, we are one of the leading specialists in the measurement and detection of radioactivity. Our customers are research institutes, radio-pharmaceutical production centres, pharmaceutical companies and nuclear medicine centres.
Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
Perform product demos and conduct product presentations for customers.
Research and analyse market conditions and competition.
Articulate market requirements and opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements.
Help and guide the R&D department.
Assist Service and R&D team with product documentation (manuals, IQ/OQ document…).
Perform product tests and evaluation.
Determine product specifications (user requirement specification) and pricing.
Develop pricing strategies and product policies.
Prepare product documents including Market Requirement Documents and User Requirement Specifications.
Organise purchase for the product vision with key external partners to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
Develop a product marketing plan, create marketing actions, marketing material and event campaigns to generate product awareness and demand.
Inform and train the sales force at sales meetings, support sales and marketing with the necessary product knowledge, tools and technical expertise.
Manage product-related support, feedback and inquiries from users.
Follow the product sales and take actions to ensure that the sales will evolve according to the strategic planning of the product life cycle.
Visit customer sites and our production site in Germany.
Proven success and abilities in defining and launching excellent products, track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
Good knowledge of marketing principles and practices, of business and management principles and practices.
Good communication skills.
Organizational and planning skills, strategic thinking/planning, attention for details.
Team player with a creative mind.
Stress tolerant and customer orientated, with good presentation skills.
Willing to travel 20% of the time.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention for details, and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.

Solid technical background, with experience in radio-chemistry, pharmacy, science or medicine, a good understanding and/or hands-on experience in radio-pharmacy, nuclear medicine or related areas
Experience as a product manager, associate product manager, sales manager, head of production in a radio-pharmacy or product specialist.
Excellent knowledge of French or German and English.
Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
MS/BS degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
Several years of experience in a job in the nuclear medicine, radio-pharmaceutical or pharmaceutical market. A pharmaceutical or radio-chemical degree is a plus.
