Our client is changing the future of sports production. Through the use of AI and patented algorithms, the automated production system films and live streams high-level sporting events from all over the world without any human interaction. In a company where Sports and Technology is at its core this role will be responsible for the software integration of the multiple capture devices that the autonomous production relies on. Our client delivers automated Sports Productions from sports arenas in four continents in over 20 different countries all over the world.
To reinforce their team, they’re looking for a Software Integration Engineer.
Management of the platform supporting automated production (incl. monitoring tools).
Optimizing and maintaining software integration of existing hardware acquisition devices.
Evaluation and integration of new camera modules.
Participation to the specification and development of custom acquisition system setups.
Troubleshooting audio/video acquisition issues.
Develop test & diagnosis tools for integrated capture devices.
Engage technical discussions with camera manufacturers.
You have a 1-2 years experience in similar roles
You have a bachelor degree in IT or equivalent by experience
You’re proficient in Python & Bash scripting
You have good knowledge of C/C++ programming
Knowledge in deployment and code maintenance
Networking configuration and troubleshooting experience
You have a good background in Linux/Unix administration
Be autonomous, a team-player with a positive mindset
Working proficiency in English
EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING CONCEPTS IS A PLUS
Industrial cameras and its digital interface technologies
Familiarity with testing mechanisms
Advanced usage of version control systems (e.g., GIT)
