1. Who processes personal data?

PlusOne SRL, whose head office is located at Boulebard Baudouin Ier 25, 1348 Louvain-la-Neuve, BELGIUM and which is registered at the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under the number BE 0506.916.555 (hereinafter PlusOne SRL) attaches a great deal of importance to the protection of the personal data of the users of its website https://www.plusonesearch.be as well as those of its customers and contacts. In accordance with the European General Regulation on the protection of personal data n°2016/679, PlusOne SRL is responsible for the processing of personal data communicated to it. PlusOne SRL therefore ensures that appropriate technical and organizational measures are taken to protect this data.

2. What data are we talking about?

The personal data collected and processed by PlusOne SRL may vary from case to case: name, surname, profession, address, contact details, bank account number, images, data relating to orders placed with PlusOne SRL, including, where applicable, those relating to the management of any disputes, to which the person concerned expressly gives his/her consent.

3. For what purpose(s)?

The processing of this data is necessary to allow PlusOne SRL, depending on the case:

(i) to follow up on contact requests and/or calls for tenders that it receives,

(ii) to send the newsletter and/or any other information relating to the activities of PlusOne SRL,

(iii) to promote the activities of PlusOne SRL,

(iv) to execute the contract to which the data subject is a party or the pre-contractual measures taken at his/her request, and thus more particularly to ensure customer management, invoicing and collection. In this case, the corresponding data will be kept for the duration of the execution of the contract as well as the applicable legal limitation periods.

With the exception of the specific retention periods referred to above, such data will be retained for as long as the data subjects do not object to it.

4. What are the rights of the people concerned?

Each natural person concerned may exercise their legal rights of access and correction free of charge. It is also possible to request the correction or deletion of inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant data, or the restriction of processing. Similarly, it is possible to object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes. Finally, in some cases, it is possible to receive personal data that have been provided to PlusOne SRL in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit these data to another data controller.

To exercise any of these rights, a written, signed and dated request, with a copy of both sides of the identity card, must be sent by ordinary mail to PlusOne SRL or by email to office@plusonesearch.be. If it is an electronic identity card, an official certificate of residence must also be attached.

Finally, each natural person concerned has the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission de la Protection de la Vie Privée, rue de la presse, 35, 1000 Brussels, www.privacycommission.be.

5. To whom may this data be transmitted?

Personal data are, depending on the case, communicated to:

(i) To the data subjects themselves;

(ii) To the tax and social security authorities, insofar as this is necessary to comply with the tax and social security obligations of PlusOne SRL,

(iii) To PlusOne SRL's subcontractors, such as an IT service provider, to the extent necessary for the performance of their respective missions.
